UN-Confirmed Leads
(Not double opt-in, but have only opt'd in one time via my website.)
I get a lot of lead notifications from LCPB but not all of them find the email to confirm their request, so they don't get listed in my LCPB list of my "Double Opt-In Leads" and they are never sent the STEP 1 email.
I do send some of them ONE email from my gmail account, since they did request more OIC information. Or I call them and ask them if they got it and/or ask if they want me to send it to them.
I MAKE SURE there is a way for them to opt OUT of my email list.
I always MAKE SURE the bottom of the emails says:
Hello (Their First Name),
(My Name) here, from the Christian Online Income Club!
I just wanted to check in with you to see if you need any
help or have any questions from the STEP 1 training.
(Name)
(Phone)
Reply "remove" to be removed from further contact.
I ONLY send them 1 email, 1 time, from my gmail account.
ONLY if they do send a proper "reply" to the STEP 1 email to me, then I will send STEP 2 to them and start them through the OIC Training.

YOU NEED TO BE SURE THIS IS COMPLIANT WITH ANY EMAIL LAWS IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE YOU SEND THIS EMAIL.
DO NOT USE IT IF IT BREAKS ANY EMAIL LAWS.
IT IS UNLAWFUL TO SEND THIS TO ANYONE IN EUROPE IF THEY ARE NOT A DOUBLE OPT-IN LEAD. THEY MUST BE DOUBLE OPT-IN, IN EUROPE.
TO ONLY SEND TO YOUR DOUBLE-OPT-INS, ONLY SEND EMAILS FROM LCPB BACK OFFICE LIST OF LEADS.
Here is the email that I keep as a draft, ready to send to leads from my gmail account with my NAME in the first sentence and my NAME and PHONE NUMBER at the bottom of the email:
(I just add their name each time, after "Hello".)

Email Body Message: (Again in the message, I add their name after "Hello")
Hello (Their First Name),
