Wow... this is the last Training STEP!

Way to go!!!  YOU DID IT!    : )


The only things you need to do complete this step are:

-- Look over this webpage just so you'll know where you can find information to help walk people through each step...if you ever need it. (or you can always contact your coach too!)

-- Make a copy of the STEP 5 email. Copy, Paste and save. You do not add a thing!  : )

-- Send a copy to your coach. (Just so they know you have made your draft and have completed this step.)

This STEP 5 mostly tells you what to do, what to look for, and what to check for as you take someone through each step of the OIC training.

THIS IS YOUR TIME TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, HELP THEM, AND  BUILD A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!  : )

Basically you are just going to:

-- Look and make sure their name and phone number are in the signature line for each email and that the correct information and links have been added.

-- When they make their webpage, act like you are someone signing-up with them and submit your name and email address to receive their STEP 1 email from their auto-responder. If something is not correct or isn't working right, let them know so they can go back and fix it.

-- Email or call your coach for ANY help you need.

Below we have STEP-by-STEP instructions for when you need any directions on walking a person through any step of the training.

FLOOD THE INTERNET WITH YOUR CHOSEN FORM OF MARKETING FOR YOUR OIC WEBPAGE! 


Our STAR Members have "the goal" of getting 500 Visitors to their oic webpage WEEKLY, from SAFELISTS AND/OR SAFELIST SOLO ADS! (NOT Traffic Exchanges)
(You may also use Social Media Marketing if your are skilled at that) (NOT Traffic Exchanges)


THEN!..When you get a "Lead Notification" from LCPB:

Woohoo!!! Praise God, thank the Lord Jesus Christ for His blessings...and keep marketing!


You are waiting for A SERIOUS PERSON to complete STEP 1 and send you a "Reply" to the STEP 1 email they were sent from your auto-responder.

Checking someone's STEP 1: 

When someone sends you "A REPLY" to a STEP 1 email they received from your Auto-responder,  you need to look for their name, phone number and the date at the bottom of their copied and pasted pre-written reply. 


When you get a STEP 1 REPLY from someone, you need to check to BE SURE THEY QUALIFY.


When they get to the end/bottom of the STEP 1 training page they are instructed to
COMPLETE STEP 1 by coping the email at the end of the training page and use it as their reply to the STEP 1 email they received from your auto-responder.

They are to copy it from X to X, add their name, phone and date in the signature line and to email it to you as their reply.

▶ YOU JUST NEED TO CHECK and make sure they have put their their name and phone number and the date in the signature line.  THAT'S IT!

If they have sent you a good copy of the email (like the one below), with their signature line completed, with their name, phone number and date, then they HAVE successfully completed STEP 1.    : )     

If they send anything other that the proper email with their signature line in it, they have NOT successfully completed STEP 1.

They MUST put their Name, Phone Number and the date in the signature line.

Checking someone's STEP 2: 


When you get a STEP 2 email from someone, that means they are completing STEP 2.
They made their draft and they need you to check it for them, to make sure it's correct.



1. Make sure it looks like a good STEP 2 email. Also, look for their name and contact information in the signature line. (see details below)

2. Make sure they have ADDED THE CORRECT S4U INFO: NAME AND S4U USERNAME.
And If they joined you in S4U, make sure YOU are listed as their sponsor. (see details below)

A. Make sure it looks like a good STEP 2 email.
--  Look for the heading at the top. ALL STEP EMAIL DRAFTS should begin with the top portion looking JUST LIKE this sample below.  (Just with the different text for each STEP)
-- LOOK for the "====" marks and the "Subject Line" at the top of their email.

(Please include the Xs in the emails too. Like this sample below.)

B.  Also, look for their signature line at the bottom of their STEP 2 email.
If it doesn't have their name and contact info in the signature line, reply back to them and ask them to add their signature line or to fix it as needed, and re-send a copy of the fixed draft to you.

S4U INFO:

A. If they joined S4U, their name and their S4u username should be in the email.
IMPORTANT:  MAKE SURE S4U HAS YOU LISTED AS THEIR SPONSOR.
GO and LOGIN to Scriptures4Us and from your S4U back office and MAKE SURE you see them listed as one of your referrals.

Login to your S4U back office.
From the Members area:
-- Click on "Genealogy"
-- Click to "Build Report"
-- Make sure you see their name listed under "Your Downline Members"
If you do NOT see them listed as your downline member, send them a note saying:

Somehow, S4U isn't showing me as your sponsor in S4U.

That needs to be fixed first.

Check and see if I'm listed as your sponsor?
(Because, from my back office, you are not listed in
my genealogy as my referral.)

If I'm not listed as your sponsor, call or email S4U admin and
they can fix it for you.

If they did NOT join S4U with our team, they should have used the same name and S4U username that is in your STEP 2 draft, for their STEP 2 draft. If it is not correct, let them know so they can fix it.

AS NEEDED, REPLY TO THEIR STEP 2 DRAFT AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT THEY NEED TO FIX.

Ask them to please re-send their draft to you when it is fixed.

You need to receive a good STEP 2 Draft from them, BEFORE they go to STEP 3.


WHEN they have successfully sent you a GOOD STEP 2 Draft with the correct S4U sponsor info included, (AND THEY ARE LISTED CORRECTLY IN S4U WITH YOU SHOWING AS THEIR SPONSOR) and their name an contact info in the signature line, I usually reply to their STEP 2 draft that they sent to me, saying something like this:

Checking someone's STEP 3: 


When you get: 
-- a LINK to their OIC Webpage 
-- and/or a STEP 3 Email Draft from someone... That means they have finished making their OIC webpage and have made their STEP 3 Email Draft and they are sending them to you so you can check them to see if they are correct. 



When they are completing STEP 3 they will send you:
-- a link to their new OIC webpage!
-- and a copy of their STEP 3 email draft.

You will...
1. Check their Webpage (see details below)
2. Test their AutoResponder and check the STEP 1 email  (see details below)
3. Then also check their STEP 3 email draft   (see details below)
CONTACT YOUR OIC COACH IF YOU EVER NEED ANY HELP WITH ANY OIC TRAINING!  : )
This is VERY EASY AFTER YOU HAVE DONE IT ONCE OR TWICE.

1. CHECKING THEIR OIC WEBPAGE:

Check the webpage (it takes about 3 seconds to look at it!)

-- It should look like an OIC Webpage

-- You should see the CROSS at THE TOP of the webpage.
and "The Christian Founded Online Income Club" near the TOP.

-- and see their name on their page (under the BLUE submit form's Box).


IF THE SITE DOES NOT HAVE A CROSS AT THE TOP (AND DOESN'T SAY "CHRISTIAN FOUNDED ONLINE INCOME CLUB") AND YOU CAN SEE IT'S NOT OUR OIC WEBPAGE....
MOST OF THE TIME THEY DID NOT "SAVE CHANGES" FOR THE WEBPAGE AFTER "UPDATING" their HTML code.
You need to UPDATE AND THEN SAVE THE CHANGES for your page.
Some people Updated their HTML but DON'T Save their changes!

SO, IF YOU SEE ...COFFEE...OR AN ODD VIDEO...OR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT OUR OIC WEBPAGE, JUST ASK THEM TO COPY AND PASTE THE HTML CODE AGAIN AND MAKE SURE THEY CLICK TO "UPDATE" AND ADD THEIR NAME IN THE  WYSIWYG EDITOR
THEN...(this next part is usually what they forgot to do the first time...)
>>>> SCROLL DOWN UNDER THE WYSIWYG EDITOR AND CLICK ON THE BIG RED
" SAVE CHANGES " BUTTON TO SAVE THEIR HTML CODE.



2. Test their Auto-responder and see that you get a good STEP 1 email sent to you after signing up at their webpage.

Just enter YOUR name and email into their webpage as if you are joining the OIC with them.
This will TEST THEIR AUTO-RESPONDER.
This is how you will  know if their webpage sends out their STEP 1 email properly.

-- Put your name and email address into the form on their capture page and submit your information.
-- Go to your email inbox/spam? and find the confirmation email.
-- Click the link to confirm you want to receive the STEP 1 email.
-- Open the STEP 1 email that is sent to you and look for their name and contact info at the bottom.
-- Click the link for the STEP 1 training and make sure it takes you to the STEP 1 training page.
-- Make sure it is a GOOD STEP 1 EMAIL.

If you don't receive a good STEP 1 email, let them know and have them re-do their auto-responder set-up, by re-following the directions on the STEP 3 training page.

(IF YOU NEED TO RE-TEST THE AUTO-RESPONDER AFTER SOME FIXES ARE MADE:
They have to remove you from their "List of Leads" in LCPB before you can re-submit at their webpage a second time. Because the auto-responder will not send a STEP 1 email to a lead more than 1 time. Ask them to remove you from their list of leads in LCPB so you can re-test their auto-responder.
To delete a lead from your LCPB leads list go to:
LCPB / Dashboard / Daily Tools / Lead Management
Find the lead that you want to remove and click the red "Delete" LINK on right in that lead's information section.
Now you can re-submit your info on their webpage and re-test their auto-responder.


3. CHECK their STEP 3 EMAIL DRAFT.

-- Open the STEP 3 email that they sent to you.
-- Click on their OIC TEAM "LCPB" REFERRAL LINK" and CHECK to be sure it takes you to join LCPB with THEM listed as the sponsor. (Click on the "join" link and look for their name listed as the referrer/sponsor on the sign-up page.)

-- THEN Click on the "Make your website:" link in the email to be sure it takes you to the correct webpage for them to build their OIC webpage.




Summary of what needs to be checked for STEP 3:
-- Their OIC Webpage looks and works great
-- Auto-Responder works properly
-- STEP 1 EMAIL from their Auto-Responder is good with their name in signature line
-- STEP 3 EMAIL draft is good and has their referral link for LCPB in it, so they can make their OIC webpage. (Make sure that their STEP 3 draft does NOT have a link to their OIC website! But has a LCPB referral link so people can join LCPB to make their webpage.)


When it's all correct:
I usually reply to the STEP 3 draft that they sent to me and say something like this:

- Your OIC webpage looks awesome. I see the cross at the top of the page.

- I tested your auto-responder and it sent me a perfect STEP 1 email!

And your STEP 3 Draft is perfect too!
- You have your LCPB referral link in your draft so people can

Way to go!  : )  Woohoo!...you are great at this!

 I'll send you the fourth email now...aka STEP 4.

(You can delete me from your LCPB leads list.now.

Checking someone's STEP 4: 

When you get a STEP 4 email from someone... that STEP 4 email is a copy of their DRAFT.  


When they finish STEP 4 they will send you these things:

1. Their STEP 4 draft
2. Their BITLY tracking link

1. Check their STEP 4 email
When they finish STEP 4 and they send you their completed STEP 4 draft, you need to open it and CHECK IT!

--- Check the "GO HERE FIRST:" LINK to be sure it goes to the STEP 4 training page.

--- Check the LIST of their UPLINE COACHES contact information towards the end of the email. Make sure they are all listed and they are listed correctly.

--- Look for their name and phone number at the end of the email.


2. Click on the Bitlylink they sent you and be sure it takes you to their OIC webpage that they made..
(I like to bookmark it on my computer and then label it with their name)
You are going to watch their bitlylink to watch their marketing, so you need to copy and paste their bitly link somewhere where you can easily find it in the future. (I like to make a draft in my gmail account
where I list info for each serious person I am coaching.)
ALSO, paste the link a second time and this time add a plus sign "+" to the end and keep that link and label it AS their "STATS" link, where you can view the marketing they are doing for their OIC webpage.
(As of 2020, only the person who makes the link can see the stats.)     : (

After everything is checked and all is correct...
-- Their STEP 4 email is PERFECT!
(all links work properly and all info is correct)
-- You have received their bitly link.


AND WHEN they have successfully sent you a GOOD STEP 4 DRAFT, I usually reply and say something like this:

Checking someone's STEP 5: 

When you get a STEP 5 email from someone... that STEP 5 email is a copy of their DRAFT.



When you receive a copy of their completed STEP 5 draft...(they are showing you that they have copied and pasted it into a draft that they can use.

There is nothing to check except that it LOOKS like a good STEP 5 draft. There is no signature line and there are no links or other information to check.

They are just showing you that they have their copy of it saved as a draft and have completed STEP 5!


I like to reply back to them saying something like....  Great Job!  Wooho!!!  YOU DID IT!!  : )



THEN...lastly, if you haven't already, send THEM a short list of your 5-10 favorite safelists with your referral links. DO NOT overwhelm them with too many!

Keep marketing until you have trained at least 5 awesome OICers!


As you start training your new OICers, and when you walk someone through the training steps, be sure to BCC your OIC Coach on all the training emails that you send out.

That way they will know how things are going and growing for you! AND they can jump in and help you if needed.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT for YOU to KEEP COMMUNICATION GOING between you and your OIC NETWORK!!!!! These people are YOUR NEW Business Partners!  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!! SAY IN TOUCH WITH THEM...AND HELP THEM!!

MAKE SURE THEY ARE USING GOOD ACTIVE SAFELISTS.

You may need to REMIND them to use their bitlink for ALL their OIC marketing and remind them that they need to be sure to BCC you in ALL the training emails that they send out.

Send them short little emails every few days just to check in with them. 

When they start getting leads coming in, you should start getting emails sent to you letting you know that they got a lead!. And you should be bcc'd on all of the OIC training emails that they send out. This is great because you can see the results they are getting from their marketing!  This is a time for you to continue to build your business relationship with them and to HELP them get things going.  : )    ...awesome!

Be an example of how you want them to help their team. THIS IS very important.

your coach and let them check it with you to make sure
STEP 1 was completed correctly. (DO the same with each step
until you are well seasoned at walking others through the
training steps.)

So whenever you send out any OIC emails to anyone you are
training, please be sure to BCC your coach(es) so they will
see your progress!...and so they can also jump in and assist
you if needed.

Don't do this alone. We are a team and just we are just
